Pão de queijo
Pão de queijo are small Brazilian cheese breads from Minas Gerais, made with tapioca flour so they are naturally free of wheat. They bake into crisp-shelled puffs with a chewy, stretchy centre and are eaten warm at breakfast or with coffee.
