Flatbreads
Soft, pan-cooked flatbreads enriched with yoghurt are a familiar sight across the Middle East, where bread is often made fresh and eaten still warm alongside almost any meal. The yoghurt in the dough gives these breads an extra-tender crumb and a gentle tang that makes them good enough to eat on their own, simply dipped in olive oil.
