Champurrado
Champurrado is a thick, warming Mexican drink of masa (corn dough) and chocolate, sweetened with piloncillo and drunk at breakfast, at Christmas and on the Day of the Dead, often with tamales. Toasting the masa first gives it a lovely nutty corn flavour.
